Acceptable Use Policy — RainerQMS

Short rules that keep a shared platform trustworthy for every laboratory on it.

§ 1Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") protects the integrity of the RainerQMS platform and the laboratories that rely on it. It applies to every user of the Service and forms part of the Terms of Service.

§ 2You may

Use the Service for your organization's legitimate quality-management operations.
Integrate via the documented API within your plan's limits.
Export your own data at any time.

§ 3You may not

Use the Service for unlawful purposes, or store content you have no right to store.
Upload malicious code, or attempt to probe, scan or breach security controls without written authorization (see § 4).
Access or attempt to access another tenant's data — isolation is enforced, and attempts are logged and investigated.
Circumvent user licensing (e.g. shared logins, using read-only seats for record creation via workarounds).
Resell, sublicense or operate the Service for third parties without a written agreement.
Interfere with the Service's operation, including unreasonable automated load outside documented API limits.
Misrepresent e-signature identity — signing as another person is fraud, and the audit trail will show it.

§ 4Security research

We welcome coordinated security research under our responsible disclosure policy and /.well-known/security.txt. Penetration testing of production requires prior written arrangement; we regularly grant it to customers on scheduled windows.

§ 5Enforcement

Violations may lead to warning, suspension or termination proportionate to the risk, per Terms § 10. Where a violation threatens other tenants or data integrity, suspension may be immediate, with notice as soon as practicable.

§ 6Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse to abuse@rainerqms.com. Reports are acknowledged within 2 business days.
