§ 1The whole policy, in one sentence
This website — www.rainerqms.com — sets zero cookies. No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no "strictly necessary" cookies, no local storage, no fingerprinting, no tracking pixels. That is why you didn't see a consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
§ 2How we manage without them
- Fonts are self-hosted — no requests to font networks.
- No third-party scripts, embeds or CDNs run on this site.
- We measure interest the old way: people writing to us.
§ 3The application is different — and disclosed
The RainerQMS application at app.rainerqms.com (sign-in required) uses strictly necessary, first-party cookies to function:

These are exempt from consent requirements because the service cannot operate without them. The application runs no advertising or cross-site tracking either.

This policy is a controlled document. If we ever introduce a cookie on this website, we will revise this document, state exactly what changed, and ask for consent where the law requires it — before, not after.
