§ 1Our commitment
Rainer Technologies wants every quality professional — including those using assistive technology — to be able to read this website and use the RainerQMS application. We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA for this website and treat accessibility findings like quality findings: logged, owned and closed.
§ 2Measures on this website
- Semantic HTML landmarks, a skip-to-content link and a logical heading order on every page.
- Keyboard operability throughout, with visible focus indicators.
- Color contrast meeting AA for text and interface components; color is never the only carrier of meaning.
- All informative graphics carry text alternatives; decorative ones are hidden from assistive technology.
- Animations respect the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting — with it enabled, content appears without movement. - Fully responsive layout with readable text at 200% zoom; no horizontal scrolling of body content.
- No time limits, autoplaying media or flashing content anywhere on the site.
§ 3Known limitations
- Complex technical diagrams are summarized in their text alternatives rather than described element-by-element; the adjacent body text carries the same information.
- The application (app.rainerqms.com) is under active accessibility review; its conformance is tracked separately in the product roadmap.

If any part of this site is difficult to use, tell us: accessibility@rainerqms.com. We acknowledge within 2 business days and treat barriers as defects — with a fix date, not a shrug. If you need any document on this site in another format, we will provide it.

Prepared 2026-07-07, based on internal evaluation with keyboard-only and screen-reader passes plus automated checks. Reviewed at least annually, like any controlled document.
